Op 3 januari 2011 heb ik een brainstorm mogen begeleiden voor het Scryption. Scryption was tot en met 9 januari het museum voor schriftelijke communicatie en sociale media in Tilburg. Het beleid van de gemeente Tilburg is erop gericht om het museum te sluiten. Gangmakers van dit beleid, zoals GroenLinks en de Tilburgse ambtenarij, weigeren constructief mee te denken over een toekomst voor Scryption, dat zich de afgelopen jaren ontwikkelde als een inspirerende broedplaats voor experts op het terrein van media, voor young professionals, voor studenten van de universiteit en van het hoger en middelbaar beroepsonderwijs, en voor leerlingen uit het VO en PO. Bizarre bijkomstigheid is dat juist nu het Scryption is genomineerd voor een Europese innovatie prijs, de "Micheletti award", voor innovatief technologisch museum. Stichting Scryption laat het er niet bij zitten, denkt na over de toekomst en gaat door als npuntnul. Lees hier de resultaten van de brainstorm. On January 3, 2011 I had the honour to facilitate a brainstorm concerning a future for Scryption/Npuntnul. Until january 9 2011 Scryption was a museum for written communication and social media. The policy of the city of Tilburg is aimed at the closure of the museum. Pacesetters for this policy, such as 'GroenLinks' and local civil servants, refuse to engage in a constructive dialogue concerning a future for Scryption, that in recent years developed as an inspiring breeding space for experts in the field of media, for young professionals, university students and students in higher and secondary vocational education and also for pupils in primary and secondary education. Bizarre side effect is that right now Scryption is nominated for an European innovation award, the "Micheletti Award" for innovative technological museum.
